Mock NFL Draft 2010, Rounds 1 and 2: how far Carlos Dunlap fall?

2010, Rounds 1 and 2 "> 2010 Draft Models of the NFL, Rounds 1 and 2

Only four and a half months, until long-awaited draft of NFL 2010.

Can you feel the excitement in the air, or are too busy feeling the thrill of vacation?

As usual, I will update my mock draft each week.

Without further ado, let's get to it!

1. Cleveland Browns-Jimmy Clausen, QB, Notre Dame

All right, let the fact that both Brady Quinn and Jimmy Clausen went to Notre Dame. Not that they are virtually the quarterback exactly the same.

The perception that a 2.0 Clausen Quinn is not fair and shows only silly sentence.

Jimmy Clausen is a quarterback a little Jake Locker is better. Clausen has had to go against some of the best schools in all of college football.

2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Ndamukong Suh, defensive tackle, Nebraska

I received some criticism for this team because people think Suh taking Tampa Bay is just getting plain old.

So what?

If you want the best player available, take Suh. He will make a perfect fit for your system, and goes well with Roy Miller on the defensive line.

I can not see Tampa Bay is another way, but with the phenomenon of Nebraska.

3. St. Louis Rams-Jake Locker, QB, Washington

Kyle Boller is great! Did you see the game had on Sunday? Just joking, he is still terrible.

If St. Louis did not draft a quarterback in the first round, I will drive to Missouri to personally set fire to the houses of people who made the decision.

Jake Locker has a big arm, size and all the tools needed to be a great NFL quarterback.

Now only if he had weapons to launch … Well, there are rounds 2-7, I guess.

4. Detroit Lions-Gerald McCoy, defensive tackle, Oklahoma

Russell Okung would normally go here, but for some reason the coach of the Lions offensive line George Yarn, said he liked the way Jeff Backus has been playing in recent times.

I guess giving up 7.5 sacks through 11 games is acceptable. But again, Detroit has won only two games the past two seasons!

Gerald McCoy is a stud, no doubt. Detroit will love have this kind of dominating their defensive line. Do not be surprised if it ends up being the defensive rookie of the year next season.

5. Kansas City-Russell Okung, offensive tackle, Oklahoma State

Kansas City will not have any success throwing the ball if Matt Cassel can keep on your feet.

In nine games played, Branden Albert has delivered nine sacks. What has happened to this guy!?

Russell Okung is a must-choice selection. It is easily the best offensive tackle in the nation. Kansas City are idiots if they do not make this selection.

6. Washington Redskins, Sam Bradford, quarterback Field, Oklahoma

Daniel Snyder loves to go after big-name players. Albert Haynesworth, DeAngelo Hall, Clinton Portis and Brian Orakpo by example?

Jason Campbell can not succeed in the NFL in particular, with the Washington Redskins.

He does.

Sam Bradford arm will be fine by the time the combine rolls around. He will impress scouts, pushing him in the top-10.

7. The Buffalo Bills, Ryan Mallett, QB, Arkansas

The likes of Rolando McClain, Dan Williams, and Eric Berry sound intriguing, but the fact of issue is that the Bills have two terrible quarterbacks on their roster in Ryan Fitzpatrick and Trent Edwards.

Seriously, does this team expects to win more five games next year with one of these two to the head? I hope not.

Ryan Mallett has had a great season with Arkansas. Is it a reach in the number 7? It's possible. But Buffalo needs a QB Ryan Mallett needs and Buffalo.

8. Oakland Raiders-Rolando McClain, inside linebacker, Alabama

Perhaps not the greatest need, but when you think, Kirk Morrison is set to be a free agent when this season comes to an end.

Rolando McClain a monster in the championship game of the SEC against the Florida Gators, only consolidated their status as first-choice 10.

Al Davis, if your brain is not and has turned to dust, draft McClain. You will not regret.

9. Denver Broncos-Dan Williams, nose tackle, Tennessee

Dan Williams is rapidly increasing the draft boards in recent weeks. He had a great season with the Volunteers this year.

Denver does not have a big nose in front. Ronald Campos? It's not going to cut it. A player like Williams.

10. San Francisco 49ers Carolina-Eric Berry, Security, Tennessee

It's going to come down to either Eric Berry or Joe Haden with this selection. I will give Berry the 49's, however.

Berry is considered the best athlete the draft at all? Why not? This guy is the best security for a long time out.

11. Seattle Seahawks, Bruce Campbell, offensive tackle, Maryland

The offensive line the Seahawks have many holes to be covered by new talents. Max Unger was a good choice in the draft 2009.

Walter Jones has missed the entire season. Despite his intention to play in 2010, Jones is not a raw material for more time.

Bruce Campbell is what the Seahawks need. You will not regret your choice.

12. Haden-San Francisco 49ers Joe, cornerback, Florida

I know, sounds crazy. Eric Berry Joe Haden and the first two selections? Let me explain why.

San Francisco has one of the worst side in the league, to begin with. With Eric Berry and Joe Haden, the 49ers will select one of the best secondary in the league.

They could negotiate one of these two first in 2011, or trade Nate Clements for a second or third choice throughout the year.

13. Houston Texas-Taylor Mays, security, USC

Taylor Mays would fall far great for the Texans. They need help in the secondary.

Eugene Wilson is not going to do the job for the Houston secondary. Mays can immediately intervene and dominate.

Mays and Bernard Pollard would make a great duo at safety.

14. Tennessee Titans-Donovan Warren, cornerback, Michigan

Nick Harper is far beyond his prime. The reason for the Titans secondary is terrible because it can not cover this shit.

His contract expires at the end of the season. Unless the Titans are stupid, I will walk.

Donovan Warren will someday be a starter, if you project.

15. Pittsburgh
Steelers-Earl Thomas, security, Texans

Troy Polamalu is injured often. When he is out, the Steelers are terrible. This shows how important which may be a man.

That said, Polamalu need a partner with him in the secondary.

Ryan Clark and Tyrone Carter are free agents when this season. Earl Thomas can replace these two guys.

16.
New York Jets-Damian Williams, WR, USC

Damian Williams had the best game against Arizona last weekend, but nobody really from USC.

Braylon Edwards has dropped several key passes this year, again. New York can let it go after this year.

In conclusion, Mark Sanchez will want a new goal. His former teammate sounds perfect.

17. Atlanta Falcons-Brandon Graham, defensive end, Michigan

Atlanta is one of the worst teams League to pressure the quarterback up.

Atlanta lacks a strong defensive end on the opposite side of aging Jonathan Abraham.

Jamaal Anderson has been a failure so far. Brandon Graham will intervene to take its place.

18. Miami Dolphins-Terrence
Cody, tackle nose, Alabama

Terrence Cody has slipped in recent times by the fact that Dan Williams has surpassed the No. 1 spot nose tackle.

Jason Ferguson turns 34 years earlier, and his contract expires in March. Miami needs a replacement.

19. Baltimore Ravens-Dez Bryant, WR, Oklahoma State

The Ravens have a very little on offense. Derrick Mason is likely to end when this season is over. Keep in mind, he already retired once.

Dez Bryant, despite missing most of the season for the Cowboys, will be a first selection-20 with a strong combination.

Joe Flacco needs weapons. He will receive a Bryant.

20. New York Giants-Brandon Spikes,
middle linebacker, Florida

Antonio Pierce is out of season. Not to mention, is near the end of his illustrious career with the Giants.

New York has needs on defense they have to fix it. Middle linebacker is the principal.

Brandon Spikes was dominant, with the Gators in college. He will be key to the Giants in the NFL.

21. Jacksonville Jaguars-Tim Tebow, QB, Florida

It appears that the Jaguars drafting Tim Tebow is almost inevitable at this point. When the governor starts talking about it, is likely to happen.

Tebow has said that will play in any position that an NFL team sees fit. Will it be at quarterback? I doubt it. But have to be absolutely stellar Wildcat formation.

22. New England Patriots-CJ Spiller, the broker, Clemson

How can there be Tom Brady, Randy Moss, Wes Welker, and CJ Spiller on a computer to be fair? It should not.

Laurence Maroney is the definition of inconsistent. Fred Taylor never start again. Sammy Morris is a decent third string running back.

Spiller is a dynamic player that is hard to stop.

23. Green Bay Packers-Charles Brown, offensive tackle, USC

Aaron Rodgers of Green Bay have accidents in almost all the individual takes dropback. That's absurd!

They need serious help if they expect Rodgers to remain injury-free for long.

Charles Brown is the perfect fit for the offensive line scheme the Packers.

24. Dallas Cowboys-Anthony Davis, offensive tackle, Rutgers

Flozell Adams is likely to retire soon. It is near the end of his career, and obviously physically wear.

Jerry Jones usually comes after big names, but Anthony Davis, despite not being a great name, is the right choice for the Cowboys.

25. Philadelphia Eagles-Mike Iupati, offensive guard, Idaho

Andy Reid loves big offensive lineman. Reid really made a guard at the center of the first round six years ago. That guard Shawn Andrews.

So far, Andrews has been a failure. Just chalk it up to a great idea that did not work.

Mike is a great pick Iupati the Eagles here.

26. Seattle Seahawks-Denver Best of Yahweh, the corridor, California

Better still be Yahweh available when the selection rolls around, that is, unless there is a great combination.

Justin Forsett has shown signs of becoming a star this year, but even he plays very well, Jim Mora Jr., said Julius Jones will start on him on his return from injury.

27. Cardinals
Arizona-Jermaine Gresham, tight end, Oklahoma

Can you name the Arizona Cardinals tight end from now? I strongly doubt it. Anthony Becht and Ben Patrick has split time this year.

Jermaine Gresham is miles better than both. Its stock has fallen, obviously, because he lost his last full year.

That said, another weapon Grehsam Kurt Warner to throw, unless Warner withdrew.

28. Cincinnati Bengals-Ras-Dowling I, FS / CB, Virginia

Cincinnati does not have many needs, so look for depth in an area that could use it in.

Morgan Trent as the nickel corner is not working. In his rookie season, Ras-I Dowling will be able to play many minutes in the nickel.

29. San Diego Chargers, Toby Gerhart, Stanford row

I will probably be torn from limb from limb by having Toby Gerhart going in the first round.

The main reason he is not a projected first-round pick is because it is a white corridor. It's like watching the New Jersey Nets win a basketball game: rarely happens.

Toby Gerhart is a hard runner, physical, and smart. I see no reason why San Diego should not draft him.

30. Minnesota Vikings-Travis Lewis, outside linebacker, Oklahoma

You have not changed my mind in the slightest. If Travis Lewis is there, the Vikings can and selects it.

With EJ Henderson for the year, Minnesota's linebackers will need to intensify rather than ever. Had Lewis, who cares would be nonexistent.

There is a middle linebacker, but Ben Leber may be if he ever hurt Henderson.

31. Indianapolis Colts-Joseph Barksdale, offensive tackle, LSU

Charlie Johnson will become a free agent when this season comes to an end. Indy will have a replacement for him.

The Colts will actually have some needs when this season, though they are right now.

Joseph Barksdale is not a household name, but heard about him more and more like the next few months to come.

32. New Orleans Saints, Sean Weatherspoon, outside linebacker, Missouri

New Orleans has some needs on defense, especially in the group of linebackers.

Sean Weatherspoon is a good relationship with the selection seen in the first round. New Orleans would be foolish to pass this type.

Round 2:

33. Tampa Bay-Greg Hardy, wing defensive, Ole Miss

34. St. Louis Rams-Carlos Dunlap, Defensive End, Florida

35. Cleveland Browns-Jonathan Dwyer, broker, Georgia Tech

36. Detroit Lions-Trent Williams, offensive tackle, Oklahoma

37. Kansas City Chiefs, Allen Bailey, a defensive lineman, Miami

38. Washington Redskins, Jason Fox, offensive tackle, Miami

39. Oakland Raiders-Everson Griffen, defensive end, USC

40. Oghobaase-Vicente Buffalo Bills, defensive tackle, Duke

41. Carolina Panthers, Tony Pike, QB, Cincinnati

42. Seattle Seahawks-Colt McCoy, QB, Texas

43. San Francisco 49ers, Jerry Hughes, defensive end / outside linebacker, TCU

44. Houston Texans-Arthur Jones, defensive lineman, Syracuse

45. New England Patriots Tennessee-Brandon Tate, WR, Notre Dame

46. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Chicago-Arrelious Benn, the receiver, Illinois

47. New York Jets-Jared Odrick, defensive lineman, Penn State

48. Kansas City Chiefs Atlanta-Von Miller, defensive end / outside linebacker, Texas A & M

49. Miami Dolphins-Nate Allen, Security South Florida

50. Baltimore Ravens-Kareem Jackson, cornerback, Alabama

51. Pittsburgh Steelers-Mitch Petrus, Guard, Arkansas

52. New York Giants-Brandon Ghee, Defensive Back, Wake Forest

53. New England Patriots-Mike Neal, defensive lineman, Puru

54. New England Patriots Jacksonville-Patrick Robinson, cornerback, Florida

55. Dallas Cowboys-Morgan Burnett, Security, Georgia Tech

56. Green Bay Packers, Sergio Kindle, Defensive end / outside linebacker, Texas

57. Denver Broncos, Javier Arenas, cornerback / kick returner, Alabama

58. Ricky Arizona Cardinals Sapp, defensive end / outside linebacker, Clemson

59. Jeremy Beal-Philadelphia Eagles defensive end, Oklahoma

60. Marshawn Gilyard, Cincinnati Bengals, Receiver Wide / kick returner, Cincinnati

61. San Diego Chargers, Marvin Austin, defensive tackle, North Carolina

62. Minnesota Vikings-Jevan Snead, quarterback Field, Ole Miss

63. Indianapolis Colts-Daryl Washington, inside linebacker, TCU

64. New Orleans Saints, Brian Price, defensive tackle, UCLA
