What do you think is the fate of cricket in India now …???
Now that the Indian cricket team is consistently poor performance during the past four years and definitely have saddened the entire nation pathetic performance there are Indians going to sit and other sports notice now? sports as Volleyball, Tennis, Hockey, Chess, Athletics get a share. I feel that the demise of cricket (as the most popular sport in India) is close now. What feel? Leave a comment …..
A power-hungry politician in the BCCI, it was actually quite predictable. But it's not too late, we have players budding cricketers in the form of Ishant Sharma, Ranadeb Bose, Manoj Tiwari, etc, etc. And this pathetic "Junior" excuse seems ridiculous to me! What mean? Just because a couple of young Bangladeshi helped with two disorders does not mean that "Juniors" are the only solution to our problem, where another party in the World Cup was no so-called "junior" preform well? As for the other sports, they now have to rise from the ashes and it is just shown signs of life …….. look at India's achievements in the field of golf, chess, shooting, rugby (only growing as a sport zonal), hockey, so far. I agree that it is not large enough to impact the world, but the platform for a better future is being built by recent events. Let's cross our fingers and pray to the gods million more Indians to a better sporting future for our large and Bharat Mata! Jai Hind!
