about being left handed …?

I am in athletics and was wondering if I am left handed or right-footed. Because when I started athletics when I was little I simply to follow the way other people jumped and I jumped high with his right foot. I am left-handed, which means it would probably be left-handed? This may sound silly, but is there any evidence left footed? Oh and footers on the left. When doing the ducking thing before the race begins and you go down on one knee … What is the knee touches the ground? Thanks in advance:)

There is some evidence to determine your dominate foot. If you are left handed is probably left-handed. Try to jump each foot, and you should be able to say what their best foot. At first sprint most people have their best foot back so the first step is with your best foot, however, many people start the other side. So what is most comfortable for you is best for you. In a conventional start a left-handed person would right foot forward so that his left knee would touch the ground when the blocks.
