A wide range of templates in the secondary market has been marketed through the years. Most these consist of a bed of cushioning foam with only hints of accommodation for foot anatomy. Besides expensive orthotics, varieties trade do little to solve long-term problems of feet restricted in a very unnatural device, the shoe.

A new ergonomic design template based on "foot in the sand" technology ©, has been developed. It is the result of several years of research in comparative anatomy, kinesiology (Mechanics and anatomy of movement), ergonomics (human engineering for efficient and safe), and evidence in the most rigorous and demanding of sports and vocations.

A Personal Note
My interest in functional footwear were forced to me by many years of training in competitive badminton (not the kind of recreational play in the yard), a unique sport as much rigor and breaks fast lateral and the fluctuations that results in great shock and shear forces on the feet. I did most of my studies on cement and over the years I discovered that he was not steel. The first thing my feet suffer. The pain after a workout was so bad I had to stay in bed at night with your legs up on pillows to my heels were suspended and not touch anything. Not willing to give up this sport, I looked for shoes and orthotics to help. That process was sterile and in many cases exacerbated the problem. For example, the common solution to heel pain is to provide cushioning in the heel. That was my first impulse also but not limited to ensure more contact pads of the heel, the same thing my feet were crying out to avoid.

Frustrated with commercial products, I and staff Wysong research devoted to developing something that works not only for me but for anyone in sports and anyone wanting to help
of blows feet are incredible. This is the story of the results of more than five years of research and development.

The Pie is a dynamic structure
The foot is a very complex mechanical structure. It consists of 26 bones (25% of all the bones of the body!) As well as muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, sesamoid bones, nerves, lubricating fluids, pads, nails, veins, arteries and lymph vessels, including all the hundreds of interconnecting intricate parts. Modern shoes foot buried in a virtually immobile state – as if it were made in one piece – denying the importance of functional design underlying and dynamic. The foot has no rectangular or perpendicular edges and is not intended to be attached to a platform. Conventional shoes are created for adornment (pointed shoes even have a sexual history) with only token consideration to the critical needs of a living foot crying out for freedom from bondage and solitary confinement. In fact, 80% of all foot problems in women occur due to distorting the shoes they wear. Overweight people are more prone to foot problems due to compounded gravitational forces funneled to the foot.

Conventional shoes (better known as coffins) lead to a broad host of ailments. Similar to the union to create the tiny feet in Japanese women, forcing the shoes and feet modern Misshapes. Deformed feet modern adventurers who travel to regions barefoot surprisingly primitive natives who have alleged wide, toughened, prehensile, toe feet apart.

The real potential release toes is evident in people with disabilities who have no hand function, but learning to write and use eating utensils with your fingers feet. On the other hand, the fingers that have spent a lifetime in the place can barely move. (See http://www.wysong.net/images/insoles/bare.jpg) The feet are better as analogous to the prehensile hands, not just bumper shock absorbers at the end of our legs.

The Relationship between foot health
The average adult walks five miles in the course of daily activities, and our feet absorb about 1,000 tons of force a day – most of it on hard surfaces. sends wrong shoes "disease" through the legs and spine, all the way to the skull. Feet forced out of balance and hinders proper movement can result in corns, calluses, ingrown toenails, heel spurs, fascitis, Sesamoiditis, a tarsal tunnel apophysitis calconeal, cramps leg, torn Achilles tendons, sprains, broken ankles, joint pain and arthritis. Pelvic and hip problems, as well as lumbar and cervical (Neck) disc problems can also result. Improper foot mobility interferes with blood and lymphatic circulation leading to edema, varicose veins, phlebitis, and claudication. resulting clots can migrate to critical blood vessels in the brain and other areas that can cause strokes, heart attacks and degeneration of the kidneys and other organs with critical microcirculation. This is not to mention the fatigue, headaches and even depression that can have a ultimate cause linked to body imbalance and organic malfunction beginning in the feet. Foot pain can result in a decline and therefore more susceptibility to unhealthy weight gain and a host of other mental disabilities, physical and physiological.

The feet are too important to simply bind, adorn and hide. The foot is designed to be our connection to Earth. The sensations received by foot on the ground does not create body awareness unlike the input received through the senses.

For athletes, the demands on the feet are greatly amplified. Many have their careers cut short by foot injury and degenerative diseases of the foot. The causes are many, but not least of which is inappropriate footwear and design template. All athletes sooner or later have foot problems. Given a natural surface to play a sport (sand as if it were possible), and the use of bare feet conditioning, these problems rarely occur.

Health should be the paramount consideration in the shoe, not a little here and there and a heap buffer fashion and style. A product needs to address mainly the function should not be simply an opportunity for marketing.

How The feet are designed to work
The correct position of the foot on the ball. Propulsion and landing should only incidentally (If any) use heel contact. The heel is the movement what the buttocks are standing. You're on your heels up, but does not move, and on the buttocks if you're sitting and not moving.

Unfortunately, the shoe box design encourage platformed heel contact with the movement, which reduces the reaction time and speed, and setting the stage for injury.

http://www.wysong.net/images/insoles/flat.jpg

The natural movement of the foot is a complex and resilient bending and rolling motion – not the two-dimensional shock-foot heel forced upon it by modern footwear. The natural foot roll uses the same principle used by a parachutist when landing. By folding and rolling the possibility of injury was dramatically reduced. So in case of overturning feet at each landing. This is, in fact, what is anatomically designed to do. The movement of which I speak is the natural balance of heel strike light or no heel contact in the lateral (external) the arc, the ball, then the toes.

http://www.wysong.net/images/insoles/roll.jpg

What are your toes to do trapped in modern shoes? What can you do? They are bound to a form issued by creaked along said shoe design wrong (by which foot is shaped like a shoe?) and rendered basically useless. The toes should have room to spread out and be free to dig in and grip to help drive the body to before the end of the roll stand.

If one compares the sensation and function of the bare foot in the sand to within a modern shoe, it becomes clear why problems arise. The solution is to return to the foot of the sand. The design we have created allows the foot support and experience of motion possible in the sand and thus restore foot living their functional role in the movement and health.
(See http://www.wysong.net/images/insoles/print.jpg) If you walk barefoot in the sand and look back into the impression left, which is the outline created by this new template. The sensation of the feet in the sand and in the workforce is also highly (and thankfully) similar.

Arch Support
In the sand, the foot is supported mainly by the arc, not the heel. Most of the shoes and insoles only hint arch support. Proper ergonomic design lifts the foot with comfortable support of both the transverse and longitudinal arches. This takes pressure off your heel to distribute proper weight on the largest surface area of the foot, the arch and ball. In a career, a heel strike is concentrated foot 5120 pounds of force directly to a point in the calcaneus (Heel bone). With a well-designed template, this force is spread over approximately 15 square centimeters of tissue encircled by elastic ligaments under the long bones in the metatarsal arch and ball area.

Franchise tendon and bone
Carefully designed Wysong depressions on the template developed to accommodate the main tendon (plantar fascia) that runs from the fifth toe and the heel as well as the metatarsal tuberosity on the lateral aspect of the foot. If one were to examine the impression of a foot in the sand, the ergonomic design (ED) staff is Wysong patent is an exact replica in every detail, with capacity for the exact anatomy of the lower surface of the foot and the promotion of appropriate dynamic foot.

Heel Cup
Heel pain is perhaps the most common of all foot problems. Apparently, at first glance that the place would be way to relieve mild shock absorbing material in the heel. But when this is done, the foot is lifted and the pressure arch focuses more on the heel. What is needed is to get the weight of the heel, moving the arch and ball of the foot. The arch support in the ED major lift foot heel and the absence of underlying template in the heel effectively relieves pressure and pain in the heel and allows healing. This is precisely what physicians provide relief for body pressure points, suspending them in air by creating cushioning foam "donuts" around such pieces.

Ball Bed
When the foot is updated calendar from the arch, the ball of the foot (head of the metatarsals) and then receives the most weight. When executed, this area receives all if the "in-the-toes" is the correct stride. The heel does not supposed to have a significant impact, but simply being a contact point to create balance in human upright standing and slow gait. Virtually no another creature allows the heel to the floor in motion. Rather, they raise the ball of the foot or even on the ends of the toes as in horses.

http://www.wysong.net/images/insoles/animal.jpg

The ED encourages the foot to roll on the ball as it is intended. To help mitigate impact, a special material visco-elastic absorbing behind in this field.

Toe Grips
The toe grips ED permit the toes to participate actively in the movement to increase the balance and athletic ability. When the foot is lifted moving forward or moves laterally, the fingers grip the ED as they would in the sand to increase speed, power and agility. The feeling is one of digging with his fingers and new power and control over the results of the movement. The feet feel like they come to life and a sense of strength and motion return.

http://www.wysong.net/images/insoles/grips.jpg

The feeling is quite remarkable, as "Ready!" (Do not assume responsibility for breaking the speed limit.)

Materials and Fit
Foam Only the highest quality medical grade and shock attenuating materials used in emergency rooms. Unlike templates shoe or aftermarket products, emergency services are substantial and create an almost miraculous sensation of bare feet in the sand. ED microporous materials breathe to allow the escape of moisture and reduce bacterial growth. air ducts are designed to pump air to the feet with each step. EDS also keep his memory instead of setting a non-elastic and ineffective state table.

http://www.wysong.net/images/insoles/air.jpg

TCA can be placed on the top of the templates Existing (if space is loosely feet), or shoe insoles are removable. With the full width of the shoes or sandals with open toes is another option to accommodate TCA properly. If the shoe does not accommodate all aspects of the template, can be trimmed with scissors as needed. Once positioned correctly, the feeling of staff seems to disappear and the foot feels immediate relief. Once used for a while, it is almost impossible to tolerate shoes without them.

One user wrote: "I wish I had met before templates that spent $ 500 in orthopedics. Yours are the first solution I have found my braces and are now in the closet unused. "

Not the Ordinary
The ergonomic new templates are not the usual rate for any medium. They are rare and unusual. There is no template in the toes? N template under the heel? Apparently, an error has been made. But sometimes the mold must be broken to to progress to occur. The modern foot has been forced into a stationary position, prone to injury for too long.

Nature's Wisdom is the answer to most health problems of modern man. By using nature as a principle in its design – back foot on the sand – the ED brings a new era of comfort foot, and with it a new opportunity for better overall health as well.
