As Blackpool is known primarily as a resort with incredible game rooms and amusement parks The city also has many museums and art galleries of note.
Louis Tussaud's Wax Central Promenade is undoubtedly the most famous museum in Blackpool. It consists of five floors incredibly realistic wax figures of the royal family, along with movie stars, great singers, superstar athletes and politicians. The museum also has a chamber of horrors is not for the faint of heart and Anatomical Exhibition.
Science lovers will enjoy the Golden Mile Centre Paseo Central which has a popular exposition of the Universe, with various aliens and UFOs. The exhibition was created by David Boyle, a researcher who specializes in spiritual, supernatural and inexplicable.
