Athletics morning. PLEASE HELP? 10 pointss!?
Hey, I need tactics and advice for tomorrow. I'm doing the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m. Any advice?:) Also, for the long-running distant events. If i run / jog with a mini bottle filled with water the drink? Need namely, how to win in the javelin, and I have no idea how to launch it. Last year, and i came first fluke: PP. xx thanks!
sounds like u did pretty good last year to do what we did last time u. stretch and warm up before u run and run as fast as you can! with the javelin, take over his shoulder with the dominant hand and pull! a bit like you would a chuck of rock. if he is thirsty / dehydrated when you run the bottle. if you do not need not take it. I hope it goes well! : D
