I am thinking in particular of America North of professional baseball, basketball, and hockey (taking into account that football and soccer do not follow such formats playoffs). Before 2004 example, there were 25 teams lost 0-3 in the best of seven series of the MLB postseason: he had achieved 20 sweep, three more lost in five games and lost two games 6.
