What do you think of my career plan?
I have 14 male and I'm training for a 10k and I want to do it in less than 45 minutes (preferebly 43). Monday-Tuesday-Hill Sprints Go with the running club: fast speed to 6 or 7 miles. Wednesday-off-track training on Thursday with the running club: The last time we did in 30 seconds, 30 seconds to 2x8minutes 2x10minutes and the rate of 10 km on Friday I run full speed 10k-10k Practicing for Saturday, that is, working times 5k 1lbs Date etc and fresh and soft-Long Sunday travel. I'm a good runner, and keep up with people on the front of the athletics club when we run (they are all adults) I ran two miles in 12:10 6k in 26 minutes Do you think this will take me a good time Progammable 10k if you stick to it.
