How about a round of applause (or at least one star) to Paula Radcliffe won the marathon in New York today, only 10 months after delivery? Is it not an inspiration to us all? Britain's Paula Radcliffe held http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/athletics/7077867.stm Gete Wami out in a thrilling sprint finish to win his second marathon in New York. Radcliffe tried twice and failed to shake off the Ethiopian as the race reached its climax, and his great rival briefly threatened to snatch victory. But the 2004 winner decided in a final burst to leave Wami behind and broke the tape in 2 hours 23 minutes and 9 seconds. She told the BBC: "I've had years of his sprint and me I was not going to let that happen again."
I feel generous tonight so have a star my god, the thumbs down brigade of age are having a laugh tonight!
