I have a month to get very fast 100-meter sprint can help me?
Im 16 and have the track in a month. I was wondering if you have any idea what I should do from now on the run to improve my speed until I can? some training programs or something? What should I start doing now to prepare. thanks
Now I'm not a coach or anything, but I have 15 and too fast for my age and this is what I do. lift some weights, but try not to focus primarily that. do a lot of abdominal and push-ups to improve core strength (helps a lot more than you think). now every day (if you really are serious about training) find a steep hill about 10-20 feet long and sprint forwards, backwards and sideways. be pushed almost to the point of collapse. trust me. if you train seriously with these things every day, you will see a big improvement.
