How I can return to athletics?
when I was about 12 I used to do athletics .. id run on the track during the summer and thus make Cross country skiing in winter .. i was pretty good too .. I started when I was 8 years old and left when I was 13 years .. I am 17 now and really I want to go .. ive lost all my fitness so how I can build it again as fast as I can? I also go to a special diet? it I recommend eating and not eating? How often you train and how long should I run for my age? I am a girl by the way .. .. thanks in advance:) X.

Before you start to go run 20 miles, try to move miles long until you feel you can push a little faster and more away. Lifting weights can help too. But as I said, start small.
