Is it okay for a school athletic trainer to call a top athlete retarded?

And it's okay for a professor of history to mimic how a mentally challenged person to speak and act while talking to him? I was not sure if he was trying to imitate what the person would think it was like him and be able to connect better, or was to be mocked? Anyway, the person he did that, to my knowledge, not on his track team, but was a student. I do not know if he was currently enrolled in one of his classes when the teacher did. What are your thoughts? exactily I forget how that word or part of the word was used. Maybe I was using as a similarity in the athlete (who was not mentally), he acted like x way.

Of course, unequivocally NO! For a teacher to present this type of behavior is absurd. In my school district, a teacher who certainly be fired for this type of exchange with a student. Whether the teacher was trying to "connect" with your student, or just laugh at him. It is my humble opinion limit abuse. How completely disruptive it might be for the student. Bullying behavior, which is what the teacher is doing, can lead to children trying to do harm to themselves or others. And I'm sure you know the many examples of this has happened in high schools and universities throughout the U.S.. That teacher should be b * itch-slapped in public until their expulsion. OK, I'm dropping my soap-box. This story has only inflamed me!
