How serious is masturbation for athletics?
I have 15, I'm in the UAE national rowing team, when I masturbate I I feel so tired during training, especially while running, I feel my legs on fire, is it normal, is there a cure for that, what I supposed to do to order in the rest of my body after masturbation and returning to my normal state of strength?
I've never seen any evidence that the Masturbation is bad for the sport. Some of the greatest athletes in the world are known for the amount of sex they engage in. If you think that masturbation is disaffecting training, then I suggest that you masturbate at the time of day when you import at least to their training.
