The school management and teachers concerned should be able to properly plan the activities with regard to time and presence. The involvement of associations must take place within the framework established by the school day, resources and facilities available.

All activities during the school day are subject to the general objectives set for the school system. In this context, the associations themselves should be responsible for planning free activities. Partnerships with special programs, should have the right to propagate their views. It is the duty of the school management to ensure a balance and a full range through its selection of activities of the association.

Sometimes, only certain political association may be willing to participate in school activities. This should not be allowed to stand in the way of all activities. Instead, teachers should provide sufficient time for the lesson for other ideas, so that students can acquire a total view on the basis of information that is like, complete as possible. The aim should be however, for the associations that represent different views to be activated directly in schools.

Schools can make many important contributions in the cultural field.
